Patrick Smith, the very successful CEO at Cole Motors, has a problem with vehicles they sell. The vehicles have issues with their security locl system and battery. These disorders are not so serious that customers can fix by themselves at home. The company has to give a solution in order to keep respect and brand. Because a board meeting is held three days later, so Patrick must decide how to solve this issue in three days.
